Application Validity

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 55Mulbery, LLC.
